It has been noticed that instead of repeated instructions,the account of
certain HM's are still Janapriya account or account set with credit
limit. Hence DPI is unable to transfer fund to such schools. Hence you are directed to change the account from Janapriya account /account
having credit limit to normal account. If this instruction is not
implemented, the HM's concerned will be held responsible for
non-crediting of fund to those schools.
