ഏപ്രിൽ 15 ന് ഐ.സി.ടി പരിശീലനം ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. പകരം ഏപ്രിൽ 17 ന് പരിശീലനം ഉണ്ടാകും.

ഏപ്രിൽ 17 ന് ആരംഭിക്കേണ്ടിയിരുന്ന രണ്ടാംഘട്ടം ഐ.സി.ടി പരിശീലനം ഏപ്രിൽ 18 ന് ആരംഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. രണ്ടാം ഘട്ടത്തിൽ യു.പി വിഭാഗം അറബിക്, ഉർദ്ദു, സംസ്കൃതം, ഹിന്ദി അദ്ധ്യാപകരെ പങ്കെടുപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.

Mid day Meal Scheme 2016-17- data of school children of classes I to VIII having Aadhar

Ministry of Human Resources Development, Government of India has asked us to furnish the data of school children of classes I to VIII (under the Mid Day Meal Scheme) having Aadhar Linkage. It is informed that the matter will be reviewed in the Regional Workshops  by the Ministry of Human Resources Development, Government of India.  In this circumstance, all HMs are hereby requested to furnish the data of school children enrolled under Aadhar and having bank accounts linked to Aadhar in the prescribed format appended herewith. All HMs  should submit the proforma to this office in the specific format  on or before 12-04-2017 without fail.   Please treat this matter as urgent. MHRD requires the details before the commencement of Regional Workshops.

മാടായി ഉപജില്ലയിലെ പ്രധാനാദ്ധ്യാപകരുടെ യോഗം ഏപ്രിൽ 15 ന് രാവിലെ 11 മണിക്ക് ചൂട്ടാട് ബീച്ചിൽ വെച്ച് ചേരും. മുഴുവൻ പ്രധാനാദ്ധ്യാപകരും യോഗത്തിൽ നിർബന്ധമായും കൃത്യസമയത്ത് പങ്കെടുക്കുക.

പ്രധാനാദ്ധ്യാപക യോഗത്തിന് ശേഷം ഒരുക്കുന്ന സ്നേഹവിരുന്നിലേക്ക് മുഴുവൻ പ്രധാനാദ്ധ്യാപകരെയും (HS & Unaided ഉൾപ്പെടെ) സാദരം ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

ഉച്ചഭക്ഷണ പദ്ധതി - വാർഷിക പരിശോധന ഏപ്രിൽ 17 ന് ആരംഭിക്കും. പ്രധാനാദ്ധ്യാപകർ ഉച്ചഭക്ഷണ പദ്ധതിയുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട മുഴുവൻ രജിസ്റ്ററുകളും അനുബന്ധരേഖകളും നാളെ വൈകുന്നേരം 5 മണിക്ക് മുമ്പായി ഓഫീസിൽ എത്തിക്കണം. ജിസ്റ്ററുകളും അനുബന്ധരേഖകളും അടങ്ങിയ കവറിന് മുകളിൽ സ്‌കൂളിന്റെ പേര്, സ്‌കൂൾ കോഡ് എന്നിവ വ്യക്തമായി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തണം.
