All HMs are directed to furnish the details of fund received / utilized during 2012-13 in the proforma named ' Proforma for fund ' .The actual expenditure incurred at school level are to be furnished in the relevant column .Additional fund for 2012-13 will be released based on this statement.

Arrears relating to 2011-12 should be furnished in the proforma named ' Proforma for Arrears' attached with this mail.
Proformas furnishing the details should be sent to AEO through Email on or before 16-02-2013, 11 AM. Failing which the HMs concerned will be responsible for the non receipt of fund.
